Allows you to schedule an API call for later. Say you want to make an API call, but not yet. Then you can use this function to schedule it for later. Under the hood this uses the Google Cloud Tasks API.

To use this function in your Ruby application:
1. Install it:
gem install func_live
2. Copy over this snippet:
